ABOUT US
Our Beginning...
In 1971 Mr. and Mrs. Garcia, along with their children, opened up the first Fiesta Hut on Main Street in Little Falls, NJ. Less than a year later, they opened up their second location in Parsippany and their third location in Paramus some months after that.
The current East Rutherford location opened up in 1985 and continues the legacy of fresh and delicious Mexican food.
In the early days of The Fiesta Hut, many ingredients were hard to come by but Mrs. Garcia did her best to stay true to the flavors of Mexico.
The magic of our original sauces was the brain child of Mrs. Garcia, Jose Garcia and Paulo. In preserving their legacy and flavors, we strive to include only the best ingredients.
Over the years our authentic recipes have been tweaked to make them better and more wholesome while still remaining authentic in flavor. We incorporated many organic ingredients into our recipes such as rice, butter, milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables, nuts, vegetable oils, spices and free-range organic chicken.
We continue to substitute as many organic ingredients in our recipes as possible.
